Since most soft lens fittings utilize disposable contacts, we’ll generally provide you with trial lenses in your prescription to wear and have evaluated before you order them. |

- You’ll be given all rebates available to us and any insurance allowances which may apply.
- You’ll be provided with a free pair of emergency contacts whenever possible should you require it.
- You’ll get prompt replacements if there’s a problem with the comfort or vision with your new contacts.
- Prescription changes taken care of - unopened boxes in original condition may be exchanged (a small re-stocking fee may apply) should your prescription change.
- No pre-payment is required from our patients when ordering. For shipping directly to your home or office, a phone charge will be taken before lenses are shipped to you.
